Finish

A special powder coating process allows you to have exterior cladding in just about any color you can imagine.

Glazing

Cardinal LoE2 glass, an industry leader for thermal performance provides protection from the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Also available with argon gas filling for increased efficiency.

Hardware

White, bronze or brass hardware can be special ordered as well as many other colors. A dual arm operator is also available.

Grilles

Snap-in grilles constructed from clear pine are offered in colonial or Queen Anne patterns with an optional full surround style and 7/8" muntin bars. Permanent aluminum grilles with 5/8" muntin bars sealed between the glass can be requested and Simulated Divided Lites is also an available option.

 

 

Our casement  line of windows, including bays and bows,  provides a solid standard of performance while offering a variety of design elements that compliment any decor. Arranged in conjunction with other window styles, our casements produce a seamless arrangement of light.

FEATURES

Frame and Sash

The frame and sash are crafted of select kiln dried Ponderosa and Radiata Pine, treated with a moisture preservative for long life protection, with joints that are full mortise and tenon, secured with screws for added durability.

Finish

Primed or unprimed wood is available in our wood casement window while an aluminum clad exterior is offered in our standard colors of bronze, white, sand and green.

Glazing

The glazing system is warm edge, increasing thermal efficiency and the unit integrity. All glass is premium float with a 5/8" air space and mounted in a vinyl glazing boot for easy glass replacement. 

Weather Stripping

A double weather stripping system is employed using an Arloc compressible bulb on the frame and a Q-Lon seal on the sash, establishing a positive seal and providing protection against the elements.

Hardware

High torque crank handles with hardened steel roto gears provide trouble-free operation. The finish has a protective corrosion coating and latches are cam-action design.

Screens

A rigid aluminum roll-form surround with exterior nylon corner keys and a charcoal fiberglass mesh comprise the screen, available in your choice of gold-tone, white or bronze.
